I'm sure we all know the movie, The Godfather. Based on a novel by Mario Puzo, this movie was a chilling portrait of a Sicilian family's rise and near fall from power in America and the passage of rites from father to son.

A brilliant and iconic movie starring the great Marlon Brando and two of my absolute favourite actors, Al Pacino & Robert DeNiro (in the sequel), this was and still is the Italian gangster movie - nothing else comes close.

So, when an EA is called the 'Godfather', the creator is either brilliant or really daft. Names like Decimator, Crusher, Annihilator were all taken so this creator must have figured - heck, let's just call it 'Forex Godfather'. I mean, what could possibly top that? No other name would even come close, regardless of what it was.

Well, we would be inclined to agree if this infact turned out to be a TOP Forex Robot - the best of the best! Let's see if it does.

The Forex Godfather trades the GBP/USD currency pair on a 1H time frame. Instructions in the manual are pretty basic, as are the perimeter settings. Something vital like Money Management has a FALSE default setting. Why?

Anyway, when you vivist the page, you get this WILD message:

Where do they come up with these corny lines? I really wonder. The creator, whose identity is not divulged also claims that this is the first EA with 5 years profitable back testing.

Now, we all know that even 10 years back testing means squat, so it makes zero difference. The charts and statements on his website all look manufactured. In other words, they are fakes.

No LIVE statement? Then it's all just plain bullshit - plain and simple. Don't accept anything else, no matter how convincing the marketing hype sounds.

Oh yeah, don't forget that street cred - the usual wave of suppossed endoresements from the big corporations...*sigh*

The creator further claims that his that the 'Forex Godfather™' is the undisputed heavyweight EA champion of the world.

Now, a couple of these EA vendors have this trick that I absolutely detest. Do you know what it is?

They talk till the cow sings about how good their EA is and when you click on the link to buy, they immediately direct you to an 'upgrade page' where they offer you the 'Forex Godfather Elite' for extra money!  Now you KNOW that the basic version is basically crap.

This is a cheap trick and I knew there and then that this EA would not amount to much. I declined the offer and only purchased the basic version.

Well, so how did it perform? I can't really say, since it did absolutely NOTHING in the three weeks I had it. ZERO trades, it looked like it was dead actually.

I wrote to the creators and the response was 'be patient, it only waits for a sure winner trade, so until that comes along, it will just sit and wait'...huh? Sit and wait?

I get really annoyed and restless when I see an EA just sit on the chart with zero trading activity, not even a scan. How the hell can this trader claim to have earned hundreds of thousands of dollars when this deadwood EA does nothing?

Another thing I find really odd about this EA. All the EA's that I have purchased are grey when it is attached to the Metatrader 4 platform.

It's grey because the creators have hidden the source codes from you. This way, you will not know the logic or strategy behind the programming of the EA. This protects their intellectual property rights to the EA.

The Forex Godfather? Guess what - it's blue! The creator couldn't give a shit about the programming behind his EA simply because IT IS SHIT! Actually, it isn't even worth shit! So, there you have it.

This creator simply has no pride in his product - zero credibility factor. And, he expects to sell this piece of crap to us!

This EA will get an award alright, but contrary to the Ocsars that the movie garnered, it will be the LAME DUCK AWARD OF THE YEAR!
